budget category, including all funding sources, sorted from largest to smallest overall funding level.
2) The budget generally is comprised of funds from multiple sources: State, Federal, non-government, and reimbursements. All
these sources are included in this chart. Federal funding is the largest contributor to the budget beyond State funding.
3) The largest budget category, Health and Human Services, would be funded approximately 34% higher than the next largest
budget category, K-12 Education.
4) K-12 Education would be funded approximately 45% higher than the next largest budget category, Higher Education.
